We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with Tier-1 vendors, Prime vendors, and System Integrators and should be able to bring in new clients immediately.We are also open to considering strong Bench Marketing professionals with proven experience in engaging Tier-1 vendors such as TEKsystems, Insight Global, Kforce, etc.Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 vendors, and System Integrators .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in US staffing companies and direct clients .
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure proper alignment of client needs and candidate delivery.
- Understand market trends, client needs, and competition to develop effective business strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- 6- 11 years of overall experience in US staffing business development or bench marketing .
- Strong existing relationships with Tier-1 vendors, System Integrators, and direct clients .
- Ability to acquire and onboard new clients immediately .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling client meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work during US business hours .
