Responsibilities :
1. Learning Needs & Capability Assessment
Lead data-driven training needs analysis (TNA) using AI-based tools to identify skill gaps across roles, practices, and projects.
Partner with delivery and practice leaders to align training priorities with customer demands and project readiness, particularly within Salesforce, Oracle, and Conga ecosystems.
2. AI-Driven Curriculum Development
Build a unified AI-enabled learning framework that dynamically adapts content and difficulty based on learner progress and proficiency.
Develop modular programs covering Quote-to-Cash processes, methodologies, and emerging technologies across Forsys’ ecosystem.
Collaborate with SMEs to generate interactive, context-aware content (simulations, virtual labs, assessments).
3. Multi-Mode Learning Delivery
Oversee a hybrid learning model — combining in-class workshops, virtual sessions, e-learning paths, and AI-guided self-learning modules.
Introduce AI copilots and chat-based learning assistants to support employees on-demand.
Ensure seamless integration between live and self-paced experiences for consistent learner engagement.
4. Learning Platform & Ecosystem Management
Select, deploy, and manage the enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP) integrated with AI analytics and adaptive learning features.
Leverage data insights to monitor participation, performance, and impact across Salesforce, Oracle, and Conga learning programs.
Enable self-service access to courses, certifications, and internal knowledge bases.
5. Continuous Learning & Certification Culture
Build an AI-driven learning recommendation engine that suggests next-best-learning paths and certifications based on role, project, and performance data.
Promote a continuous learning mindset aligned with Forsys’ growth and innovation objectives.
Encourage cross-platform learning across Salesforce, Oracle, and Conga domains.
6. Intelligent Evaluation & Feedback
Implement AI-powered assessment and feedback systems that personalize learning feedback and benchmark employee readiness.
Track learning ROI through analytics dashboards, skill progression metrics, and post-training performance outcomes.
Continuously refine content and delivery based on learner behavior and feedback loops.
7. Quality, Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards across all learning programs, maintaining content integrity and audit readiness.
Establish governance for data privacy and ethical AI usage within learning tools.
8. Behavioral & Leadership Development
Design and deliver behavioral, leadership, and interpersonal skills programs using AI-enabled assessment and coaching tools.
Drive managerial-level readiness for leadership communication, collaboration, and innovation.
9. Stakeholder Collaboration & Partnerships
Collaborate with practice heads, project leaders, HR, and delivery teams to align capability building with business goals.
Build partnerships with AI learning platforms, certification bodies, and academic institutions to expand Forsys’ learning ecosystem.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree or PhD in IT, Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Transformation, or Capability Management in a technology or consulting environment.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven or digital learning ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, and Conga platforms, particularly across Quote-to-Cash processes.
Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and blended delivery models.
Experience with LMS / LXP platforms and AI learning analytics.
Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or AI preferred.
