The Role
This position will be responsible for corporate administration and procurement activities supporting Mapletree employees in India.
Job Responsibilities
- Administers various administrative functions within the India offices and provides necessary guidance to the overseas offices on these functions.
- Responsible for administering services related to employee travel and transport coordination, verify monthly reports, investigate any discrepancies and ensure compliance with the standard operating procedures.
- Procure and manage office supplies and equipment in all Mapletree India offices
- Organise sustainability and office health and safety initiatives, provide administrative support for the Greenmark programme.
- Oversee the administration of the records management programme and organise corporate events.
- Comply with the necessary standard operating procedures and to keep them up-to-date through regular reviews and updates.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Management.At least 6 to 10 years of experiences in office administration.Possess good project management skills, be able to plan and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Candidates who had led sustainability programs will have an added advantage.Interested applicants, please submit your resume by clicking APPLY NOW.
