Role Overview
This internship is designed for enthusiastic self-starters eager to build hands-on HR experience across the full people operations lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, engagement, payroll support, and performance enablement. Interns collaborate closely with the HR and leadership teams to support day-to-day operations and people-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and maintaining candidate pipelines.Support onboarding and orientation; prepare documentation, induction schedules, and access setup.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS / trackers; update databases and files.Draft HR letters, policy documents, SOPs, and assist with compliance paperwork.Coordinate employee engagement activities, calendars, surveys, and culture initiatives.Support payroll preparation with data collation (attendance, leave, reimbursements) and liaise with finance.Respond to basic employee queries and escalate issues appropriately.Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews.Assist in performance management cycles : reminder tracking, documentation, and training coordination.Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards across all HR functions.What We're Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and organizational skills.Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace; comfort with spreadsheets and documentation.Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a learning mindset.Basic understanding of HR fundamentals is a plus.Internship Structure
