About the Role
L’étoile Patisserie is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Operations & Admin Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to maintain efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
Oversee incoming orders from all platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Website, WhatsApp, etc.)
Coordinate production and dispatch timelines with the kitchen team.
Track order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness.
2. Billing & Accounts Support
Manage daily billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
Coordinate with accountant for monthly bookkeeping and expense tracking.
Ensure accuracy of sales records and vendor payments.
3. HR & Administration
Handle end-to-end HR operations : recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records and performance tracking.
Foster a positive and disciplined work environment.
4. Logistics & Dispatch
Plan and monitor delivery logistics and vehicle scheduling.
Ensure products are handled carefully and reach customers in perfect condition.
Liaise with delivery partners and resolve logistics issues promptly.
5. Quality Control & Food Safety
Conduct daily checks on product quality, hygiene, and packaging standards.
Maintain FSSAI compliance and documentation.
Work with kitchen leads to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes.
6. Packaging & Inventory
Supervise packaging material inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
Track usage and minimize wastage.
7. Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain excellent post-order communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track recurring feedback to improve service quality.
8. Bookkeeping & Coordination
Assist in maintaining ledgers, expense logs, and monthly financial reports.
Support coordination between management, kitchen, and finance teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration / Hotel Management / Commerce.
2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in food, retail, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
Proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of F&B hygiene, quality control, and FSSAI standards.
