Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global events marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and sales targets.
- Plan and manage on-ground events, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design field campaigns that generate qualified leads and opportunities.
- Identify and partner with local vendors, associations, and industry bodies to expand reach and visibility.
- Create and manage event calendars, budgets, and ROI metrics for all field marketing activities.
- Manage event logistics including booth setup, branding, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through localized campaigns and experiences.
- Coordinate post-event reporting and analysis to measure performance and optimize future activities.
- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay informed on regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, or event management.Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline contribution, and event ROI tracking.Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to travel frequently for events and on-ground activations.Skills Required
