ServiceNow is looking for a Sr Information Security Engineer . This senior engineer will join a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within the IAM Development Team.
This position will include hands-on design / architecture, engineering and development of IAM solutions, operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of the IAM Product Management Model.

- Play a pivotal role in the design / architecture, development, and implementation of best-in-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the ServiceNow platform and SailPoint IIQ
- Create new and support existing UI workflows / applications in the ServiceNow platform that integrate as a frontend to the SailPoint IIQ system.
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to help design and create required APIs and underlying logic in SailPoint
- Identify opportunities and provide solutions for process and operational improvements to help drive the team to top notch success.
- Work within, and across, Agile teams to enable a more secure Enterprise where the right people have access to the right resources at the right time
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design appropriate identity and access management solutions to ensure seamless identity integration
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions as part of our Identity and Access Management strategy to meet risk and compliance regulations
- Engage with the business users at different levels to understand Application Owner business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize requirements and make recommendations on the solution and implementation.
- Deploy solutions through Continuous Improvement / Continuous Development strategies
- Be a strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience
Qualifications Required Qualifications :
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI s potential impact on the function or industry.4+ years experience as a ServiceNow engineer focused on using it as a UI frontend to execute functions in external systems using integrations via REST API.3+ years of experience in identity and access management IGA systems such as Sailpoint IIQ with a focus on identity architecture, identity governance, and operations in complex environments3+ years of database query experience (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)You thrive on making a positive impact for the team, your company, and the industry, owning problems and solverYou are extremely hands-on with a passion for technologyYou do not accept the status-quo, and always strive to improveYou are a tenacious problem solver that takes ownership and is accountable for solving problems thoroughlyAbility to work collaboratively to identify and solve problemsYou are eager to learn and seek professional development continuouslyYou are resourceful, open-minded, analytical and enjoy solving complex problemsStay up to date with the latest trends and developments in all areas of ServiceNow platform development, and provide guidance and recommendations to managementPreferred Qualifications :
