SailPoint IdentityNow Solution Architect - Identity & Access Management

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Solutions Architect with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IDN / IIQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SailPoint architecture, hands-on configuration expertise, and proven experience in delivering greenfield implementations.

The Solutions Architect will play a key role in shaping technical solutions, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards, and aligning security frameworks with business objectives. This position demands strong analytical skills, technical leadership, and hands-on capabilities in provisioning, automation, rules / workflows customization, and integration with systems such as Active Directory and :

• Lead solution architecture design and implementation for SailPoint IDN / IIQ deployments.
• Evaluate and propose optimal IAM solutions in line with customer requirements and enterprise standards.
• Drive technical documentation, estimations, and implementation strategies.
• Design and implement complex provisioning rules, identity / access policies, and transformations.
• Develop and manage custom SailPoint workflows, rules, and role models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and frameworks.
• Participate in SWAT / outage meetings and support mitigation efforts related to IAM.
• Contribute to enterprise IAM architecture and advocate standard :
• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in SailPoint IDN / IIQ.
• Hands-on experience in 2-3 Greenfield implementations.
• Expertise in rules, transforms, workflows, identity profiles, and Java-based customization.
• Experience in custom provisioning solutions using AD, PowerShell, and SailPoint rules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow catalog integration for access provisioning.
• 7- 8 years of overall technical experience in development, implementation, or system analysis.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory / Azure AD, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and compliance

processes.
