Senior Associate SailPoint Developer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Identity Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Configure and customize key SailPoint modules including connectors, rules, lifecycle events, roles, SoD, certifications, and reports.
• Integrate SailPoint solutions with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements across IAM processes.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvements in IAM & Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred : SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications (Engineer / Architect).
• Additional certifications such as Java or Agile methodology are a :
• 5- 7 years of relevant experience in Identity Management solutions.
• Proven hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong Java programming experience with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Skills :
• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong Java development skills and OOP concepts.
• Experience with IAM technologies : Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, SaaS to Have :
• SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityIQ Architect).
• Experience integrating SailPoint with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Exposure to Agile methodology.
• Java certification.
• Experience mentoring junior developers or associates
