We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Staffing & Recruiting - India Market) to lead our efforts in providing IT & Staffing solutions. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies, combined with a proven track record of leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Identify and target new business opportunities within various industries, including enterprise-level organizations, government, healthcare, and financial sectors.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets for the digital and infrastructure portfolio.Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to clients.Sales Leadership :
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the digital and infrastructure solution segments.Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Foster a results-driven culture, motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and expectations.Market Knowledge & Industry Insight :
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT solutions, digital transformation, and infrastructure technologies.Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Sales Performance Analysis :
Track, measure, and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance.Use CRM and sales analytics tools to manage and analyze sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize the sales process.Regularly assess team performance and implement improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in sales or IT solutions is a plus.
Experience :
At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management.Skills :
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and craft innovative solutions.Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
