Position Summary
NxtWave is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our offline expansion efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of Associate SMs , Business Development Managers (BDMs), Associate BDMs (ABDMs), and Counsellors, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and excellence in customer engagement.
You will be directly responsible for managing the sales funnel, coaching your team, and implementing scalable processes to fuel NxtWaves growth in new territories.
