Admin & Facility Manager

Location : Sector 69, IMT, Faridabad, India

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an Admin & Facility Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our manufacturing facility in Faridabad. The role demands hands-on management of contractors, compliance with Haryana’s local regulations, facility upkeep, and ensuring uninterrupted support for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration and facility operations across the manufacturing setup.
  • Ensure compliance with Haryana Factory Act, Fire Safety, Labour Laws, Pollution Control, and other local regulations.
  • Handle vendor / contractor negotiations and supervise their work (civil, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, security, etc.).
  • Oversee facility maintenance : utilities, DG sets, air conditioning, water supply, waste management.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance filings.
  • Manage AMC contracts, facility budgeting, and procurement of office / manufacturing supplies.
  • Implement safety protocols (fire-fighting systems, CCTV, access control).
  • Support HR / Admin in workforce-related facilities : canteen, transport, security, staff welfare.
  • Report regularly on facility status, costs, and compliance issues.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in manufacturing facility management (preferably in Haryana).
  • Good understanding of local laws, statutory requirements, and compliance processes.
  • Proven ability to deal with contractors and get work executed on time and within cost.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues under tight timelines.
  • Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to ISO / OSH / Environmental audits.
  • Experience in handling factory expansions, construction projects, or new setup commissioning.
  • Familiarity with utility management systems (electrical panels, compressors, HVAC).
  • Eligibility

  • Education : Graduate in Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA / PG in Operations / Facilities a plus.
  • Experience : 7–10 years in Admin / Facility Management for manufacturing companies.
