Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop software applications, translating user needs and business requirements into scalable and efficient system architectures.
Create and validate application performance metrics, ensuring seamless integration between component systems.
Develop process flow diagrams, technical documentation, and system specifications to support project goals.
Design and implement system solutions, including the development of custom applications and the enhancement of existing applications to meet evolving business requirements. Handle coding, debugging, and thorough documentation of all technical deliverables.
Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Lead the migration from monolithic, tightly coupled, batch-based legacy platforms to a loosely coupled, event-driven, microservices-based architecture.

Technical Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in modern development stacks, including Golang, Kafka, and REST APIs.

Extensive experience in application design, software development and testing within Agile environments.

Proficiency in working with both relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra.

Expertise in designing and developing high-performance REST APIs for high-volume clients.

Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.

Familiarity with automated build and test frameworks (a strong plus).

Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Proficiency with Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for innovative solutions and a strong technical acumen to drive impactful results.
