What youll Do :
Our team is seeking a software engineer with extensive experience in enterprise-level software development, to join a dynamic and agile team of talented engineers developing platform automation and tools that support hybrid cloud infrastructure and services. You will combine your knowledge of software engineering, AI, and ML to help create a robust experience for users while enhancing the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud management platforms.
You will spearhead new initiatives, capabilities, and features that will positively impact both infrastructures, as well as application and product development teams across the company. You will partner with clients, product managers, and other engineers to drive solutions from conception through delivery and operation.
Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver software required for building & improving the functionality, reliability, availability, and manageability of applications and cloud platforms using a DevOps modelDesign, implement, and optimize AI and ML solutions to elevate platform efficiency, scalability, and user experienceCollaborate with other developers and related core services team members to define roadmaps, write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, design, and build solutionsDevelop intelligent applications and tools using large language models (LLMs) and machine learning to optimize business processes and enhance user experiencesIdentify, explore and provide thought leadership for integration scenarios and best practices where AI and ML can be leveraged to drive innovation and operational efficiencyDesign and develop microservices and APIs in a cloud-native model in conjunction with other team membersEnsure the quality, performance, robustness, security and scalability of the services youimplement
Automate the development, testing, and deployment processes through CI / CD pipelines and tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, and KubernetesChampion and drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and mindsetProvide operational support, troubleshooting, bug fixes and enhancements for live production software to ensure functionality and user satisfactionMinimum Qualifications :
5+ years of solid hands-on software development experience with a focus on continuous delivery and deployment, enterprise application development, and cloud automation using Python and Go. UI / UX experience is preferred but not requiredProficient in building cloud-native, container-based, server-side RESTful services, APIs, and automation toolsExperience building cloud-based application using microservices hosted in Kubernetes environmentsExperience with AI and ML solutions (e.g. Assistants, Agents, RAG), using tools andframeworks such as Lang Chain, LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Strong database experience with a combination of SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and NoSQL(MongoDB, Redis) platforms
