About the Role :

As a Senior Software Engineer Backend (Golang), you will be working closely with senior technology leaders to build high-quality, scalable, and reliable backend systems. You will design and develop services using Golang with frameworks like Gin and GORM, ensuring seamless integration with Paytms ecosystem and alignment with our business strategy and user demand.

Requirements :

• 3 to 6 years of backend / server-side application development experience, with strong expertise in Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Gin framework for building RESTful APIs and GORM for database interactions.
• Proficiency in working with JSON and designing data-driven APIs.
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software systems.
• Ability to design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in system design, architecture, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
