1. Level 2 (L2) Server Support Team for 2+ years, or equivalent.
2. Exposure & skill in managing AWS Cloud Environment & Hybrid Environments
3. Ansible Exposure
4. Familiar with activities like Patching, Upgrades, Migration, Refresh, etc.
5. ITIL framework. Change, Incident (RCA) & Problem Management-related activities Linux Administration L3
