About the Role :

Unix or Linux Administrators are responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of software systems by applying software engineering principles to IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and Automation : SREs monitor system performance and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Incident Management : They respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Capacity Planning : SREs assess system capacity and plan for future growth to ensure scalability.
• Collaboration : They work closely with development teams to integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Disaster Recovery : SREs prepare and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Performance Optimization : They analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
