• Required Excellent Communication
• Exceed business targets for topline and GP monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Identify, engage, build and close B2C Sales opportunities.
• Associate and achieve minimum business collaboration targets.
• Understand customer requirements and address it professionally.
• Oversee and manage business queries from customers on multiple business platforms including WhatsApp business accounts, Social Media etc.
• Prepare and present the business offerings to B2C clients.
• Build a strong Sales pipeline.
• Complete follow-up on SOPs
• Maintaining database to check daily sales on CRM
