Job Description
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving retail and institutional sales, managing dealer networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves developing business through distributors and retailers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail and institutional sales for packaged water products.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks, including appointment and onboarding of new partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customer support department for sales planning, order execution, and service support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with the operations or production team for timely resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, delivery coordination, and activities to retain and expand the customer base.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).Experience in sales, distribution, FMCG, beverages, or related industries is an added advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Experience in handling dealers, distributors, and retail networks.Two-wheeler is mandatory for field sales activities.PF, ESI, and bonus will be provided as per statutory norms.Requirements
