Job Title : Manager - Architect Design and Client Project Management

Job Content and Specification :

The incumbent will be responsible for managing client projects and converting potential leads generated from various sources. They will utilise their architectural and design expertise, along with marketing and managerial skills, to successfully convert leads. This is an end-to-end role, and the incumbent will be held accountable as a profit centre for this project. The incumbent will also be responsible for CRM and Account Management, including networking with existing contacts and leads to generate more business.

Key Competencies and Person Specification :

• Qualification : B’Arch
• Skills : Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Experience : 5 years of relevant and adequate experience in the same or similar field
• Location : Bangalore
• Reporting to : MD / Head of Marketing
