Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and market expansion goals.
• Market Analysis : Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the packaging industry.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge : Leverage technical knowledge of product packaging solutions to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
• Revenue Generation : Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Sales Reporting : Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
• Pricing & Negotiation : Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
