About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing & Event Operations with 6 months to 2 years of experience in events, brand activations, or client servicing.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate events and marketing campaigns while working with leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients for day-to-day requirements and ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in planning, execution, and on-ground management of events and brand activations.
• Take ownership of small-scale projects under the guidance of senior managers.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and client reports.
• Support in managing event budgets, cost tracking, and vendor negotiations.
• Travel to event locations and client meetings as required.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and databases using Excel and other tools.
