About the role

Programming.com is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to build, retain, and grow IT services / staffing accounts. You'll be the single point of contact for clients, ensure on-time delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Own key accounts : farming + selective hunting (upsell / cross-sell / new logos)
• Translate client goals to delivery plans; ensure SLA adherence and quality
• Manage SOWs / MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
• Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-fill
• Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flag risks and drive resolutions
