Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking an HR Op erations Coordinator!

We are looking for an HR Op erations Coordinator to join our People team as we continue our rapid growth. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of staff and be a part of a rapidly growing emerging industry. Your support will only accelerate the potential for our department!

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, variance analysis and compliance with statutory regulations
• In partnership with the HR Operations team, coordinate with finance and third-party vendors to ensure accurate salary disbursements, deductions, and filings are completed in a timely manner
• HR Operations support for day-to-day HR tools & processes, including HRIS management, leaves of absence, payroll administration, and immigration support
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation and HR operations tasks are completed (e.g., new employee system setup, terminations)
• Maintain records of employee files in compliance with federal and / or local regulations
• Maintain and update organization charts
• Ensure system integrity of our HRIS by regularly auditing data
• Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees; handle queries from People Helpdesk promptly
• Ad-hoc reporting and support as needed by the People Team
