Employee Relations Coordinator

Key Accountabilities :

• Employee relations : Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing queries..
• Policy implementation : Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across Inito
• Employee engagement : Execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, motivation and job satisfaction.
• HR technology and data management : Utilize HRIS and other tools to manage and maintain HR related data and records.
