Summary. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations professional to lead strategic communication between the company, investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong capital markets understanding, financial analysis acumen, and excellent storytelling skills to manage investor expectations and build long-term shareholder value.

Key Relations & Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and management Q&A.

• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders; respond to queries and maintain a high standard of communication.
• Support or lead investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including logistics, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
• Track market intelligence, analyst models, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy and Secretarial to align messaging and reporting.
• Contribute to the company's equity story and help evolve the long-term IR strategy.

Financial Analysis & Market Collaborate with internal finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial disclosures and investor messaging.

Regulatory & Governance Support the preparation and filing of investor-related statutory documents, AGM materials, and board-level presentations.
