Overview

This roleis responsible for coordinating the day-to-day air export of freight forwarding shipments based upon customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Operations : Ensure smooth cargo execution, handling shipment , timely delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Procurement : A ir freight procurement to optimize costs, generate revenue, and coordinate with airlines to stay informed on market trends and capacity
• Pricing : Manage pricing / RFQ requests to gain business & grow business.
• Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring service quality.
• Problem Solving : Quickly resolve operational issues and manage risks.
• Customer Service : Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Team Leadership : Manage and support the operations team to meet performance standards.
• Cost Control : Monitor and optimize budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety regulations and customs reqpuirements.
• Billing Management : Ensure accurate and timely billing in alignment with company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• RFQ filing : Update the monthly / weekly rate sheet for customers to support the overseas in gaining new orders.
