Role Description — Factory HR Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Human Resources Manager at Curio Group’s Noida manufacturing facility.

The Factory HR Manager will be responsible for managing the labour workforce, maintaining discipline, attendance, and compliance, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities include handling worker recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.), grievance redressal, and labour welfare activities. The role requires strong people management and conflict-resolution skills and a deep understanding of factory HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workforce attendance, discipline, and shift scheduling
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of factory staff and workers
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
• Address grievances, disputes, and absenteeism in a fair and effective manner
• Conduct safety, hygiene, and welfare initiatives for the workforce
• Liaise with government departments, contractors, and labour consultants
• Support production and management teams in maintaining harmony and efficiency on the floor
• Drive training and skill-development programs for workers
