Why We’re Hiring

We are moving towards an assembly-line production model in both our metal and wood factories. To achieve this, we are looking for skilled Factory Floor Managers who can lead operations, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.

Role Overview

We are hiring two Factory Floor Managers — one for Metal Works and one for Wood Works. Both positions require leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to transform traditional workshop-style operations into systematic, production-driven assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage assembly-line production systems for efficiency and scale.
• Oversee daily fabrication, carpentry, polishing, and finishing activities (depending on factory).
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.
• Supervise and manage teams (fabricators, carpenters, polishers, helpers).
• Coordinate with design and site teams for production requirements.
• Monitor safety, workflow, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
