Job descriptionStrong Communication skills including experience handling international Customer calls and effective written communication. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Communication : Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and Customer communication via calls and mails throughout the order delivery lifecycle. Do accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process. Responsibilities include Order and contract creation, follow up and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status. Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder engagement (including end customers, Field teams, design teams and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication. Ensure 100% Quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables. Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per the agreed process. Salesforce, Google Map, PNI – Spatial net Minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English). Order Management knowledge is preferrable.
