Admission Profiler
This role is a vital link between potential learners and our Admission Counsellors. The primary objective is to establish meaningful connections with learners, understand their requirements, and arrange effective Video Counselling sessions.
- Engage with assigned leads and initiate contact through the auto dialer system.
- Qualify leads by assessing interest, needs, and eligibility for programs.
- Build rapport, credibility, and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening.
- Schedule Video Counselling sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate enrollment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Edtech-sales, preferably in Study Abroad.Graduation required.Previous experience working a 6-day week.Currently an individual contributor.Proven track record of meeting targets.Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Ability to listen effectively, build trust, and approach situations with patience and empathy.Persuasive skills to influence learners' enrollment decisions.BASIC proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management.Performance Indicators
