Experience in Help Desk & L1 suppport operation (Ticket triaging & coordination with stakeholders)
Pharma Domain experience
Good-to-Have
ITIL
Basic HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL
Good Communication & stakeholder Management skills
Eagerness to pick-up new technologies
Using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow
