Job Description
As a part of the US Healthcare - Inbound Voice Process, your primary responsibility will be to assist US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and attention to detail.
Location : Mindspace, Building No – 2, Next to Airoli Railway Station, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of business writing and email etiquette.
Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills.
Not pursuing any full-time educational course.
Comfortable with Work From Office and Night Shifts.
Willing to relocate within Transport Boundary (if outstation).
