Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative NPD Executive to support the end-to-end product development process. The role involves driving new product initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the full NPD lifecycle : ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Work closely with vendors for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and innovative ingredients.
• Coordinate lab trials, stability testing, consumer testing, and packaging validation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality compliance standards.
• Maintain and update the NPD pipeline tracker to monitor progress and timelines.
• Support costing, pricing analysis, and provide insights for margin optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, procurement, and supply chain teams for seamless product rollouts.
• Track post-launch performance and gather consumer feedback to drive improvements.
