Job descriptionPlan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google Track and optimize KPIs : ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc. Collaborate with our creative team for high-performing ad assets Run A / B tests and landing page experiments Leverage data to drive decision-making Manage campaign budgets effectively 1-2 years of D2C experience (must-have) Hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads Strong analytical skills - comfortable in Sheets, GA, Meta reporting Hunger to learn, test, and grow Bonus : Experience in retention campaigns and CRO Work directly with the founders Join a fast-growing, founder-led brand Be part of a young, driven, and collaborative team Make a real impact on a high-growth journey Competitive compensation and learning opportunities
