Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager (Sales) – GCCs located in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing large GCC accounts in India. The individual will drive account growth, build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, and collaborate with internal delivery, talent, and leadership teams to ensure customer success.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Mining & Growth
Develop a deep understanding of assigned Engineering & Manufacturing Software accounts, their product portfolios, and technology strategies.
Identify and pursue opportunities across
resource augmentation, outsourced platform / product development, and co-innovation models .
Build and execute account growth strategies aligned with GCC’s R&D, product engineering, and digital transformation needs.
Relationship Management
Act as the
trusted partner
for customer stakeholders in
engineering, product development, and IT
functions.
Build strong executive-level and working-level relationships to influence technology decisions.
Drive regular engagement through governance meetings, technical workshops, and innovation sessions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Partner with Delivery Heads to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations.
Work with
Talent Acquisition
to forecast and fulfill niche skill demands in
Foundation Technologies, digital twin, and cloud platforms .
Coordinate with Pratiti’s
practice leaders
to bring domain-specific solutions and accelerators to the account.
Operational Excellence
Govern account health by tracking delivery quality, utilization, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Proactively identify risks and collaborate with delivery teams for resolution.
Ensure timely renewals of contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
Business Development Support
Support the sales leadership in
expansion into new business units
within GCCs.
Lead proposal preparation, RFP responses, and solution pitches for account expansion.
Act as the voice of the customer inside Pratiti to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience managing
GCC Accounts in India
Ability to engage with both
engineering leaders and procurement teams .
Solid understanding of
product engineering services, outsourced R&D, and innovation partnerships .
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Collaborative mindset with ability to align delivery, talent, and leadership teams.
