We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Tester to join our QA team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing within Salesforce environments, focusing on Salesforce CPQ and CRM applications.
This role involves performing functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce solutions that support business processes.
The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce CPQ and CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Estimate testing efforts and timelines for assigned tasks and projects.
- Identify, document, and track defects through test management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting business users and validating end-to-end scenarios.
- Ensure testing aligns with quality standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Work independently to manage test execution and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 5+ years of manual testing experience within Salesforce environments, including CPQ and CRM modules.Strong understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies, data validation, and functional workflows.Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).Familiarity with CRM business processes and Salesforce platform capabilities.Proven ability to perform independent test execution with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Familiarity with automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar) is a plus.Why Join Us :
