About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Tester with strong expertise in manual testing and Salesforce-specific quality assurance processes.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QA methodologies, test design, execution, and defect lifecycle management within Salesforce ecosystems.
This role requires close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, stable, and scalable Salesforce Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or other Salesforce modules as applicable).
- Perform functional, regression, system integration, UI / UX, and usability testing to validate end-to-end business processes.
- Validate custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Lightning components, and APIs within Salesforce.
- Ensure data integrity and security testing for Salesforce environments.
- Track and manage defects effectively using JIRA or similar test management tools, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scripts, coordinating execution, and validating business requirements.
- Document test results, maintain comprehensive QA reports, and provide insights on quality metrics and release readiness.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test strategies, and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a high-performing and quality-driven culture within project Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce QA testing across different modules and integrations.
- Proficiency in manual testing, test case creation, execution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem components such as Objects, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and APIs.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing in a Salesforce environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
