Product Quality Assurance Tester

Description : Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fieldglass VMS Product QA Tester to join our Quality Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Fieldglass or other leading Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with advanced automation and regression testing skills.

This role involves ensuring product quality, performance, and compliance for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS implementations.

Experience with AI-driven test automation frameworks, API-level testing, and complex workflow validations is highly desirable.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, solution consultants, and implementation teams to design, execute, and optimize test strategies that ensure exceptional quality in every VMS product release.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance & Testing :

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Fieldglass modules (e.g., Job Postings, Timesheets, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Compliance).
• Validate end-to-end contingent workforce workflows, including requisition creation, supplier submissions, onboarding, timesheets, and payment cycles.
• Ensure platform integrity across multi-tenant environments with different configurations and user roles.
• Conduct cross-browser and device testing to ensure consistent user experiences.
