Job Description
We're seeking a Program Manager, Merger & Acquisitions who can simultaneously navigate the boardroom, the server room, and everything in between. This isn't a role for someone who prefers to stay in their lane. You'll be the central nervous system connecting finance teams analyzing deal structures, HR departments planning workforce integration, legal teams reviewing compliance frameworks, and IT groups managing system migrations—all while keeping multiple M&A programs moving forward at breakneck speed.
What You'll Master :
Multi-Program Orchestration : Managing 3-5 concurrent M&A initiatives across different industries, geographies, and deal sizes
Cross-Functional Leadership : Building bridges between traditionally siloed departments—getting finance, IT, operations, HR, and legal teams to work as one cohesive unit
Stakeholder Diplomacy : Balancing competing priorities from acquiring executives, target company leadership, integration committees, and regulatory bodies
Risk Navigation : Identifying interdependencies that others miss—like how a data center consolidation impacts tax optimization or how application integration affects employee retention
Cultural Integration : Understanding that merging companies means merging people, processes, and technologies in ways that preserve what works while enabling what's possible
The Ideal Candidate Brings :
12+ years steering complex M&A programs where success meant coordinating dozens of workstreams across multiple time zones
Battle-tested experience managing $20-30M+ deals where IT integration was just one piece of a much larger puzzle
The communication skills to translate technical constraints into business language and business objectives into technical requirements
A track record of keeping million-dollar programs on schedule when everyone else is behind
The political acumen to navigate competing agendas while maintaining focus on deal value creation
This role demands someone who thrives in organized chaos, finds energy in complexity, and has the intellectual agility to switch contexts rapidly without losing sight of the bigger picture.
If you've ever found yourself saying "I'll figure out how to make this work" when faced with seemingly impossible integration challenges, we should talk.
