Senior Technical Program Manager

To be successful in this role you will :

• Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Have 8-10 years of experience in a technical program management
• Have minimum 5 years experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions in an engineering or manufacturing environment such as PLM, ERP, MES, or CRM. ERP experience is a plus.
• Have strong stakeholder relationship management skills that inspire trust and confidence, in a matrix organization structure. Be organizationally & politically savvy, understanding the needs / wants and behaviors of different stakeholders.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills, with significant experience in presenting effectively to different audiences and all layers within the organization.
• Have experience managing global cross-functional project teams of 20 - 75 resources in size
• Have demonstrated ability to lead, document, plan, structure, budget - including forecasting and spend tracking, market, and execute technology projects and experience of managing projects or programs with budget levels of $2 - to $10 Million USD
• Have effective leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, influence and resolve conflict.
• Be able to demonstrate experience or knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers and negotiating contract terms
