Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive & Store Manager with 7–10 years of proven success in interiors, furniture, or lifestyle retail. This dual-role position combines the strategic responsibility of business development within the high-end residential segment with the operational leadership of managing our flagship store in Sultanpur.

The ideal candidate should possess an extensive network of architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals, and demonstrate a deep understanding of client expectations, project-based selling, and showroom management.

Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in furniture, interiors, or premium lifestyle categories
• Deep-rooted network within the architectural, design, and real estate community
• Previous experience in store / showroom management is essential
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, customer-centric mindset, and commercial acumen
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high-value relationships
