Head of Marketing || B2B Tech Product

MANDATORY CRITERIA - experience in B2B Tech Product Marketing.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing function for a high-growth B2B Software Organisation.

The ideal candidate will bring in 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, with strong expertise in Enterprise Technology Markets and a proven record of driving Brand Growth, Product Positioning, and Market Differentiation .

This is a strategic role requiring a balance of Market Insight, Product Marketing expertise, and Leadership Capability .

Span of Control : Create the Marketing Roadmap for a B2B Product Organisation and own its execution

Qualification : MBA in Marketing

E xperience 10-15 years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Marketing

• Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide positioning and differentiation.
• Develop and maintain clear product messaging and value propositions tailored to enterprise buyers.
• Partner with product management to define go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and sales enablement tools.
• Create compelling collateral, case studies, and solution briefs that articulate business value and outcomes.
