We’re Looking for an Executive Who :
- Has 5+ years of experience in B2B outsourcing, staffing, or high-value consulting, with a focus on enterprise sales.
- Is a proven Closer who has personally led deals with $500K+ contract values.
- Understands how to architect an entire B2B sales playbook (ICP, funnel, conversion metrics).
- Can recruit, train, and manage a future sales team (GSDRs / Account Executives).
- Has strong executive presence and the ability to negotiate multi-year, complex service agreements with C-suite decision-makers.
Key Executive Responsibilities :
Anchor Client Acquisition : Identify, pitch, and close enterprise-level clients to establish market authority and revenue foundation.Strategy & Process : Design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end global sales process, funnel, and CRM workflows.Pipeline Ownership : Manage the entire high-ticket sales pipeline from qualified lead handover to contract signing.Market Feedback : Collaborate directly with the CEO and operations team to refine service offerings and pricing models based on client needs.Scaling the Team : Define the hiring profile and assist in onboarding the next layer of sales development and closing talent.The GVAS Offer :
