Business Development Officer

Job descriptionStrong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
