Job Summary : Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.
Responsibilities :
- Implement the delivery strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronage
- Build and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customers
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs
- Utilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offerings
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely manner
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
