Job Summary :
We seek a business-driven - Growth & Performance Marketing Head- with deep experience in the nutraceuticals sector. This hands-on leadership role demands ownership of P&L impact across D2C and marketplace channels, including Amazon, Swiggy IM, Zepto, BlinkIt, Big Basket, and others. The role involves driving targeted growth and ROI-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth Ownership :
- Architect and implement comprehensive growth and performance marketing strategies for Client's D2C website and major marketplaces.
- Own revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability across digital channels.
P&L and ROI Leadership :
Own the marketing budget and monitor metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and campaign turnaround times.Track, report, and optimize key financial and operational marketing KPIs.Performance Campaigns & Innovations :
Lead or collaborate cross-functionally to execute high-ROI campaigns on Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and SMS / Email channels; explore emerging digital channels relevant to nutraceutical products.Conduct A / B testing for landing pages, creatives, and funnel improvements to drive continuous results.Marketplace Growth :
Develop tailored promotion strategies for each marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), leveraging platform tools and data to maximize visibility and sales.Optimize product listings, campaign budgets, and product positioning in the competitive marketplace landscape.Data-driven Leadership :
Analyze user behavior, funnel analytics, and industry trends in India and US markets.Direct creative / content teams to craft best-in-class messaging.Implement dashboards and regular business reviews with challenger benchmarks.Cross-functional Management :
Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistent execution and ongoing innovation.Team Development :
Hire, mentor, and upskill junior executives and cross-channel talent as the brand scales.Expected Skill Set :
5-8 years of progressive experience in digital / growth / performance marketing, preferably in nutraceuticals, health, or wellness brands.Proven track record running D2C and marketplace revenue engines with direct P&L, ROI, and campaign ownership.Mastery of paid social platforms (Meta, Instagram), paid search, performance marketing channels, analytics, and marketplace growth tactics.Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability, data rigor, and commercial outcomes focus.Strong leadership and communication skills to build a high-performance culture.Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, CRM, dashboarding, and e-commerce analytics.(ref : iimjobs.com)
