Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Manager to handle both Business Development and Client Servicing responsibilities in the digital media domain. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing client relationships, executing performance-based campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
- Execute and scale digital campaigns (CPI, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPV) across mobile and web platforms
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance reporting
- Analyze customer behavior for account profiling and segmentation
- Implement CRM tools and practices for effective relationship management
- Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
