🚀 We’re Hiring : Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location : Remote (Preference : Calicut)

Company : 1% Abroad – India’s top university mentorship brand

Experience : 1–2 years in Sales / EdTech / Counselling roles

Language : Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

Compensation : ₹25,000–₹35,000 / month + attractive performance incentives

🎯 Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate , you’ll be the first connection between 1% Abroad and our aspiring students. You’ll consult, counsel, and convert — helping them take that crucial first step toward studying abroad.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand student goals and recommend the right service package
  • Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with our mentors
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly registration targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and conversions
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve funnel performance

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech or counselling)
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to empathize with students and build trust
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative attitude
  • Willingness to work from our Calicut office (preferred)
