Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, other day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. The intern will also participate in various HR-related projects and initiatives to gain hands-on experience in the HR field.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Some experience with talent acquisition and recruitment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
